Admission Requirements

1. Applicants seeking admission to Classes I–IX must submit the mark sheet/progress report, Transfer Certificate, and PEN from the previous school.
2. Admission shall be granted based on the student’s academic performance and records.
3. An interaction and counselling session with the parent/guardian is mandatory prior to admission.
4. All school rules and regulations must be clearly explained and understood by the student and parent/guardian at the time of admission.

School Fees

Tuition fees must be paid for all 12 months of the year. Payments should be made at the school counter on or before the 15th of each month.

Examination & Promotion

1. Admit cards issued only to students who cleared fees up to the current month.
2. Progress reports must be signed by parents/guardians.
3. Marks from weekly/unit/terminal tests considered for promotion.
4. Final examination in December determines promotion.
5. Students with less than 85% attendance not allowed for final examination.
6. Students securing 1st rank in First Division receive free admission.

School Rules & Regulations

1. Every pupils must posses a school calendar which should be brought to school daily.
2. Pupils must be in the school twenty minutes before the classes. Pupils who come to the school ten minute late will loose the attendance and must get late-record duly signed by the Headmaster/Principal before going to the class.
3. Irregular attendance, habitual want of leave application, insubordination to teacher, any kind of cheating or serious misconduct even outside the School premises or any habit of behaviour objectionable to the good tone of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a pupil.
4. Any damages done in the class or compound such as furniture, library books, building, etc. will have to be replaced by the one who had done the damage.
5. During recess, no pupil is to remain in the class rooms. All must take part in the recreation.
6. To acquire greater facility in the study of English, only English should be spoken in the class and in the school premises.
7. Pupils are expected to take part in all the non-scholastic activities of the school.
8. No pupil shall be excused from physical exercises without a doctor’s certificate.
9. Collections of money and non-scholastic activities done in the school by students/teachers must take prior permission from the principal.
10. All complains, requests and positive suggestions shall personally be brought to the Principal/Headmaster by the parents.
11. The school authorities shall not be responsible and shall not get involved in the problems of students, which has its origin from some family crisis. The parents will have to settle it by themselves.
12. No parents or guardians are to interview teachers during the school hours and in the class rooms without prior permission from the school authority.
13. Any change in the address of the student should be communicated to the school office.
14. Parents are to pick the children in time when the school is dispersed.
15. Politeness and courtesy of speech and conduct as well as cleanliness of dress shall be inculcated in the school.

Attendance & Leave Policy

1. No pupil shall remain absent without prior submission of a leave application.
2. In the absence of a leave letter, a fine shall be imposed: ₹10 per day for Classes I–V, ₹50 per day for Classes VI–IX.
3. Absence for 15 consecutive days without prior permission may result in the removal of the student’s name from the school register.
4. Absence during important school events will incur a fine of ₹100 per day.
5. Absence during examinations without valid justification will result in a fine of ₹1,000.
6. Students returning after absence must submit a written explanation signed by the Principal/Headmistress.
7. Special leave may be granted in cases of illness or bereavement.
8. Absence immediately following long vacations will attract a fine of ₹200 per day.

Transfer or Leaving Certificate

1. Students seeking to leave or transfer must submit a formal application stating valid reasons.
2. All outstanding dues must be cleared prior to the issuance of the Transfer Certificate (T.C.).
3. A fee of ₹500 per student is applicable for obtaining the T.C.
4. For a second issuance of T.C. and mark sheet, a fee of ₹1,000 shall be charged.
5. Re-admission will not be granted without re-submission of the same documents.

Boarding Rules & Regulations

1. English must be strictly used within the boarding house.
2. Withdrawal without valid reason requires a payment of Rs. 5,000 as seat-vacating fee.
3. Parents not allowed to meet children directly without permission.
4. Food items from outside must be checked by the warden.
5. Outings permitted only for immediate family events with valid invitation.
6. No third party allowed to pick up a boarder without written authorization.
7. Medical expenses must be reimbursed by parents.
8. Smoking, chewing pan, intoxicants or drugs are strictly prohibited.
9. Parents visit allowed on second Saturday of every month.
10. Daily study hours: 2 hours in morning, 2 hours in evening.
11. Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited (Fine: ₹2,000).
